We offer a wide variety of unique classes for all ages and fitness levels, lead by enthusiastic and energetic instructors. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner we will help you modify the exercises to meet your abilities, so that it is an enjoyable experience and a great workout for everyone participating.

BUTTS & GUTTS
An entire hour dedicated to glutes, abs, and lower body!
TRIPLE THREAT
20 Minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of abs, 20 minutes of weights! Everything you need in 60 minutes.
SHRED
Light weight dumbbells, constant movement, get shredded!
STEP/SCULPT
A cardio step class with intervals of weight training.
BODY PUMP
One hour of fast paced total body weight training.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
An intense interval workout with 12-15 one minute stations to hit every muscle group.
ZUMBA
Move to the beat of Latin and Hip Hop dance routines for a great cardio workout.
CYCLING
45-50 Minutes of indoor cycling causing pure euphoria and awesomeness!
CYCLE/CORE-PUMP-FLEX
Alternating intervals on the bike paired with weight lifting, core, or body weight cardio exercises.
HIIT
A shorter but intense high intensity interval workout! Swaping between cardio and weight training.
AB ATACK
A 30 minute no holds bar total abdominal workout!
JUST LIFT!
A class focused on dumbbell strength training and less on cardio.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
A full body workout with dynamic full body lifts and intense cardio.
Warrior camp
Total body training session in a private studio. This utilizes machines, free weights, plyometrics, functional movements, body weight movements, and isometric holds.
Bike & Breathe
This class incorporates cycling, meditation, and stretching.
